This past Friday, the Northview Titans Volleyball team (0-5, 0-0) had a long night. They played three separate games, but they lost all of them. They were able to put up a good fight in each set.
They kicked it off against Harris County (4-2, 0-0), and they lost in two sets. Up next was West Forsyth (5-1, 0-0), but a hard fought game was lost in the third set. In the final game of the night, the Titans fell in another 3 game set to the North Hall Trojans (2-2, 0-0).
On Friday, the spotlight players were freshman Anastasya Peravalava and senior captain Emily Mcdanel.
“We battled through the games with lots of ups and downs, we were overall very inconsistent,” Coach James said.
The Titans can improve their game in many areas before region play, including building a better defense and working on transitions.
The Titans are looking to put this one behind them and gear up for region play starting September 4th against Centennial High School.
