RRR: Baseball at Duluth (3/3/17)

On Friday March 3, the Northview Titans went to Duluth High School and beat the Wildcats 15-2. Northview has beaten Duluth twice, winning the first meeting 9-0 on February 27. It has been a dominate effort on both sides of the ball outscoring Duluth 24-2 in the two games that were played.

“I think we played very well not just today, but this season. I think we have done what we needed to do, and hopefully, we can keep up our recent success on this winning streak,” Colton McDaniel said.

So far, it has been a great season for the Titans who are 8-0, and have only played one close game, beating Norcross 6-5. The Titans stand atop their region in overall standings; region play begins next week. Northview hopes to continue their winning streak. The next game is Monday, March 6 at home against Cambridge.
