Recipe: Crepes


1 cup of flour
3 eggs
1-2 tablespoons of sugar
1/2-1 teaspoon of salt
Milk to desired consistency (until the batter is slightly thicker than milk)
5 tablespoons of melted butter
(Optional) 3 tablespoons of vanilla



  1. Add all of the dry ingredients to a bowl
  2. Take a fork and remove any lumps
  3. Add milk to the dry batter until the batter is slightly thicker than milk
  4. Add the eggs one at a time to the batter
  5. Mix in the melted butter and vanilla
  6. Take a ladle and pour a thin layer of batter onto a frying pan (use the ladle to spread out the batter)
  7. Cook until the batter looks dry, then flip the pancake
  8. Wait thirty seconds, then take the pancake out of the frying pan
  9. Place toppings on your crepe
  10. Enjoy!
