Recipe: Tilapia Tacos


Two tilapia fillets
1 tsp of garlic
6 tsp of lemon juice
2 tsp of butter
2 tsp of parsley
Salt and pepper to taste
(Optional) Taco toppings (black beans, avocado, onions, lettuce, cheese, and shells)



  1. Preheat the oven to 375┬░
  2. Rinse off the tilapia under cool water, pat it dry, then place into a baking dish
  3. Mince the parsley then put it in a frying pan with the garlic, lemon juice, salt, pepper and butter until it starts bubbling
  4. Pour the sauce over the fish then place it into the oven for about 30 minutes or until the tilapia is no longer translucent
  5. Once the fish is done cooking, drain the sauce (you can put it in another bowl as a sauce to put on your taco if you want)
  6. Chop up any vegetables you want with your taco
  7. Enjoy!
